How do I book?

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime, however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

How much does it cost?

Please see our hire page for all prices, prices may vary depending on location.

What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, an additional charge may be needed for out of area deliveries. (Please contact for delivery rates). you will also receive an air blower, extension cable if required and safety mats. The price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including bank holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?

See below for times... INDOOR HIRES 7am - 10pm all year round.

October - March - 7am -10pm (INDOOR HIRES ONLY)

April - 7am - 8pm (OUTDOOR & INDOOR)

May - August - 7am - 10pm (OUTDOOR & INDOOR)

September - 7am - 8pm (OUTDOOR & INDOOR)

Do you hire overnight?

Yes this is £30. Must be available from 7am next day if needed for another hire.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit required

How do I pay?

We have 2 payment options...

Cash On Delivery

Bank Transfer - We must receive this before your booking date.

If payment has not been received before your booking date, or you don't have cash on delivery we are unable to set up your equipment.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancelation fee.

What if it rains?

Bouncy castles are not to be used in the rain as they get very slippery. Wait for the rain to pass and towel dry off the inflatable before allowing anyone back on.

What if it is windy?

We can not operate in wind gusts exceeding 20mph. We would have to cancel your booking. We try our best to pre warn before your booking date if we suspect the winds will be strong.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

No this is not possible, however if it is a very slight slope it may be okay. You will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castle takes approx 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which inflatable you have hired, how many you have hired, and access to inflatable site.

How much space is needed?

Please see product specifications for this information, the safety space is what you require, this allows room at the back for the blower, around the sides of the inflatable and space at the front of the inflatable for safe use. Please make sure all garden items such as, toys swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc... are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

When I hire the inflatable is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you need for the inflatable. `you will need to provide a 240v main supply socket within 50 meters of where you would like the inflatable set up. If a generator is required please contact to find out what power is needed.

Outside hires are on grass only - NO HARDSTANDING

We may require several separate sockets depending on which inflatable you have hired or if you have hired more than 1 inflatable - Please discuss this on booking.

Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire

Is there an age limit for children using the inflatables?

There are height restrictions & Age limits on some of our inflatables. Please see product specifications for all of these details.
